Features
The most outstanding characteristics of Polyimide Film is its high temperature endurance and insulation ability. To make a polyimide film, first form the film by condensing pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)and Diamino diphenyl ether(DDE) in strong solvents, and then be treated by imine at a high temperature It exhibit excellent thermal resistance, high insulation resistance, engineering properties, chemical stability, radiation resistance, inflammability and fire resistance rated at 94V-0. The product is halogen-free, and meets the environmental protection standard for its heavy metal and other restricted organic materials.
Application PolyimideFilm is mainly applied in electronic parts, mechanic components, insulation on electrics, composite insulators, PCB and FPC.
